When Palladian West set its sights on becoming a Forbes top 50 recruiting firm, they needed a bold, modern identity showcasing their growth and capabilities, repositioning them from a boutique recruiting firm into a national partner for executive search and talent development.

 

Approach

We began with a comprehensive discovery phase, including leadership workshops, client interviews, team surveys, and a thorough market and competitive analysis. A key insight emerged: Their human approach sets them apart in everything they do. Their ability to build meaningful relationships on both sides of the hiring table has led to their success as recruiters and positions them for natural expansion into talent development.

Building on that insight, we rebranded them as The Mav Group, a name rooted in two ideas that define how they live and work: the bold instincts of a Maverick and the deep insights of a Maven. 

The logo reflects key insights from our discovery phase, representing the connections they make, the momentum they create, and the standards they hold themselves to. It’s their signature, and they stand behind it. 

The brand system includes a new visual identity, voice, and market position, helping them align with who they are and where they’re headed. 



Results
The energy at the launch was electric, engaging both new and longstanding clients and partners. The branded custom cocktails were a fave amongst many. Now that the word is out, leading organizations looking to find and develop top talent know exactly who to call.
