Multimatic Brand + Web Strategy

Opportunity

We were asked by Multimatic, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, to evolve their brand to reflect the excellence of their work.

Approach

Multimatic does incredible work and that work was evolving but their brand wasn’t. It was costing them opportunities because they were losing bids to competitors whose brands were more compelling. We knew we could bring the brilliance of their work to a website experience that would elevate their business.

We began with a deep discovery phase with the owner and leadership team to understand their business goals and objectives. We studied their audiences to learn who they are, what they are looking for, and what drives them. We developed a website user experience model for what the website needed to do and who it needed to reach. Using our design thinking approach, we developed wireframes, content and website design to support that experience.

Their team had never worked with an external brand partner before, so we led the collaboration and were really intentional about earning their trust. We believe the best work is made through a competent internal team working with a competent external partner because it brings diverse perspectives that drive smart solutions. We made their work visible and came up with solutions that were clean and precise, just like the products they engineer.

Result

The result is a strong and strategic website, expanding their opportunities and positioning them as an innovative engineering leader, automotive supplier and race team partner.
